Company Profile

Based in Ipswich, Suffolk, we are a dynamic family run retail business offering a wide range of foods and accessories for a variety of domestic pets. And if you happen to want something we don't stock, we are more than happy to do our very best to get it for you!

Animal crackers has been established for about 20 years and under it's present ownership since 1989. We are proud to say that in that time we have built a substantial, and very loyal, customer base. Many of our friends have become customers and many of our customers have become friends.

Prior to purchasing the pet shop, the present owners were cat breeders with some some 20 years experience, and therefore have a very special interest in our feline friends. 

We are able to offer advice on many aspects of animal welfare. Our staff are trained in dog and cat nutrition and, through our own experience or our many contacts, we can often find help with those troublesome pet problems.
